By clicking “Accept” or otherwise accessing the Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Purpose of Access

Access is granted solely to qualified professionals (e.g. business brokers, accountants, legal and valuation advisors) for internal analysis, client benchmarking and informed decision-making.

2. Data Sourcing & Anonymisation

• We aggregate only non-copyrightable financial data from publicly available business-for-sale listings.
• We compute and display listing multiples.
• All data is fully anonymised and stripped of any confidential descriptions, broker contacts or personally identifiable details.

3. Accuracy & Verification

• We refresh our benchmarks weekly and use AI-driven processing to maintain quality.
• However, errors or omissions may exist. You agree to independently verify any material information before relying on it for critical decisions.

4. Permitted Use

• You may use Dashboard data only for your organisation’s internal business analysis and reporting.
• Prohibited uses include mass-marketing, resale, redistribution, or external publication of raw data without our prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

• Dashboard access is personal to you and your organisation. You must not:
  • Share credentials or transfer access;
  • Distribute raw data to clients, competitors or third parties;
  • Publish or post anonymized data outside your internal reports.

6. Suspension of Access

• Multiplier IQ reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access immediately if these terms are violated or misuse is suspected.

7. No Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multiplier IQ disclaims all liability for any losses or damages arising from your use—or inability to use—the Dashboard.
