• Subscriber: A user with an active paid subscription to access premium Content.
• Benchmark Data: Anonymised listing multiples and related metrics derived from public listings.

3. Permitted Use

• You may view, download and print Content strictly for your internal business purposes, provided you retain all proprietary notices.
• Prohibited: reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Account Registration & Subscriptions

1. To access Subscriber Content, you must create an account and keep your registration details accurate.
2. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis; all fees are non-refundable.
3. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All Site Content is owned or licensed by Multiplier IQ and protected by law.
2. Original listing materials (text, images, broker copy) remain the property of their respective owners; we display only anonymised Benchmark Data.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code or underlying data beyond intended download features;
• Circumvent any technical restrictions on the Site;
• Upload malicious code or engage in unauthorised data scraping.

7. Data Sourcing & Compliance

1. We collect only publicly available listing data that discloses asking price and owner-adjusted earnings.
2. We respect source Terms of Use and robots.txt directives; we do not bypass paywalls or access controls.
3. If a source prohibits data collection, we will remove that data from our platform.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to external websites. We make no representations about third-party content and assume no responsibility for it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Multiplier IQ or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the six months preceding any claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Brisbane, Queensland.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
